The Family Transition ProcessT

Probate/Trust Administration Department

During The Family Transition ProcessT we help families make the emotional and financial transition after the death or disability of a loved one. This process is designed to assist the designated individuals or trustees to follow the instructions left for them in the event of death or disability. We created The Family Transition ProcessT to ensure the wishes are fulfilled and legal requirements are met. It is designed to enhance the family's control of this process. During the process we help you:

• Transfer assets to beneficiaries

• Prepare legal documents

• File tax returns and accountings

Members participating in The Family Protector ProgramT have a prearranged fee cap on the fees incurred during the transition process.

PROBATE

The Probate Department assists families in the administration of the estate of a loved one.  We guide our clients through the Probate legal process quickly and effectively, preparing all legal pleadings, evaluating creditors claims, and assisting the Personal Representative in dealing with the beneficiaries.  We keep the Personal Representative fully informed with monthly status reports and updates.

TRUST ADMINISTRATION

We counsel Successor Trustees in the administration of a trust, should the Trustmaker become incapacitated or die.  We counsel the Successor Trustees as to how they can fulfill the instructions set forth in the trust quickly and effectively.  This ensures the wishes of your loved ones are fulfilled.
